Joe helped educate us about RV's and the differences in units back in 2008 and 2009. He never put down any units just gave us his infinite knowledge of each unit we looked at and helped us price compare with a feature to feature comparison and a well rounded view of the industry as a whole. We spent almost a year looking at units with Joe's help. We shopped on our own making several "Road Trips" stopping in cities to look at coaches far and wide. When we went and looked at units on our own Joe was their on the phone guiding us and keeping us focused to what we knew we needed and wanted. After all this looking and learning Joe got top know us pretty good. I am amazed he didn't "run us off" as tire kickers but he obviously saw we were serious just in need of education so we could figure out what best suited our needs and budget.
Because of our catering business and the need to travel in harsh weather we had a unique need which we did not even realize at first so thanks Joe for not letting us "under buy" a few coaches. We needed a bus that could handle severe winds and road conditions as we chase Hurricanes and feed crews for the power companies. Yes we went over our budget but we (Joe) found a great deal for just the right coach and even helped with the final negotitions. He's my hero and though we've never met he's become a trusted friend and as good if not better than Coach net as a resource to help answer questions that have come up.
We ended up in a 5 year old Monaco Dynasty (2004) and have had it a couple of years and just love it. It's a solid coach and heavy which helps in rough weather. More coach than I ever thought I'd own but so glad I have it. Joe kept me on the right path and we will always be grateful for his help. His small fee is well worth the price as I assure you that you will get one heck of an education before you buy. My friends I sent to Joe are just as happy. Job well done Joe! Keep up the good work.
